Homegrown Cookbook Ratatouille Recipe as prepared by Wigg/Lemke |
What an honor.
My book received its first review on Amazon from Wendy
Lemke.
Here is the review:
Wendy is too cute, saying, “I decided to make the ratatouille because, well, I never made ratatouille
before and because it is just so fun to say - ratatouille, ratatouille,
ratatouille. I served it at a party this summer and it was a hit!”
How adorable is that?
The Ratatouille recipe
that does have a bit of the onamonapia to it.
Touiller is French for “to Toss Food.”
Which makes sense when you consider it is an artful composition of a variety of garden fresh ingredients including onions, garlic, eggplant, and zucchini.

And a favorite of Julia Child
The book’s ratatouille
recipe is a spirited addition from the amazing Chef, Lia Fallon.
She is the wonder-woman
culinary artist, food stylist, Food Network star, and owner of the award-winning,
Wading River Amarelle Restaurant, www.amarelle.net
Here is Wendy and her
husband Ken’s Hamptons & Long Island Homegrown Cookbook creation. Wendy did write to say that Ken learned to chop a lot of
vegetables! Cheers to that!

recipe adventures here.
